- (a) Gun show producers shall keep the written contracts required by Penal Code section 27235, the vendor certifications required by Penal Code section 27305, and the information required by Penal Code section 27320 at the gun show for the duration of the gun show. These records may be maintained in electronic format.
- (b) The gun show producer shall make these records available for Department inspection.
