1. (a) The gun show producer shall submit a completed List of Prospective Gun Show Vendors Offering Firearms or Ammunition for Sale or Display (Form BOF 105, rev. 07/2025), hereby incorporated by reference, to the Department seven (7) calendar days before the commencement of a gun show, but not later than noon on Friday for a gun show held on a weekend. If the list of prospective gun show vendors for the gun show has changed, the gun show producer must submit a revised Form BOF 105 to the Department seven (7) calendar days before the commencement of a gun show, but not later than noon on Friday for a gun show held on a weekend.
2. (b) The gun show producer shall provide a floor plan showing the location of each gun show vendor's table and layout of the gun show when they submit Form BOF 105.
3. (c) After reviewing its records, the Department will send the gun show producer a letter confirming which prospective gun show vendors are eligible to participate at the gun show, and which prospective gun show vendors are ineligible.
