Cal. Code Regs. tit. 11, § 4511 – Submission of Event and Security Plan.

(a) The gun show producer or the gun show facility's manager shall submit a completed Event and Security Plan (Form BOF 104, rev. 07/2025), hereby incorporated by reference, to the Department and the law enforcement agency with jurisdiction over the facility no later than 30 days before each gun show.
(b) If significant changes have been made since the Event and Security Plan was submitted, the gun show producer must submit a Revised Event and Security Plan (Form BOF 104A, rev. 07/2025), hereby incorporated by reference, to the Department no later than fifteen (15) days before commencement of the gun show. An example of a significant change includes, but is not limited to a change in location, date, or time.
