1. (a) “Ammunition vendor” means a person with a valid ammunition vendor license issued pursuant to Penal Code sections 30385 and 30395.
2. (b) “Certificate of Eligibility” or “COE” has the meaning set forth in Penal Code section 26710.
3. (c) “Dealer” means a person listed on the Centralized List of Firearms Dealers pursuant to Penal Code section 26700.
4. (d) “Department” means the California Department of Justice.
5. (e) “Exempted Federal Firearms Licensee” means a person listed on the Centralized List of Exempted Federal Firearms Licensees (CLEFFL) pursuant to Penal Code section 26500.
6. (f) “Firearm Safety Device” has the meaning set forth in Penal Code section 16540 and subdivision (l) of section 4082 of title 11 of the California Code of Regulations, and that is listed on the Department's Roster of Firearm Safety Devices Certified for Sale pursuant to Penal Code sections 23650 and 23655.
7. (g) “Gun show” means “gun show or event” as defined in Penal Code section 26805, subdivision (b).
8. (h) “Gun show producer” means a person who produces, promotes, sponsors, operates, or otherwise organizes a gun show.
9. (i) “Gun show trader” has the meaning set forth in Penal Code section 16620.
10. (j) “Gun show vendor” means all persons, entities, and organizations that have leased or rented, or, to the knowledge of the gun show producer, intend to lease or rent, any table, display space, or area at the gun show for the purpose of displaying, selling, leasing, or transferring firearms manufactured after December 31, 1898, or ammunition. “Gun show vendor” includes “ammunition vendor,” “dealer,” “manufacturer,” “Exempted Federal Firearms Licensee,” and “gun show trader.”
11. (k) “Large-capacity magazine permit” means a permit issued pursuant to Penal Code section 32315.
12. (l) “Manufacturer” means a person listed on the Centralized List of Firearms Manufacturers pursuant to Penal Code section 29050, subdivision (b), and section 29060.
