Annual Reporting Requirements.

- (a) To assist the board in preparing the annual report required by Penal Code section 13512(b), POST staff shall prepare a draft report containing the information set forth in Penal Code section 13512 for consideration and review of the board.
- (b) Once approved by the board, the annual report shall be made available in a manner that is accessible to the public, including on the Commission's website.
