Cal. Code Regs. tit. 11, § 828.1 – Eligibility for Access to Data from CURES.

(a) A public or private entity is eligible to obtain data from CURES, subject to the limitations specified in section 828.2.
(b) A Bona Fide Researcher is eligible to obtain data from CURES.
