1. (a) A Law Enforcement Official is eligible to access CURES or obtain data from CURES.
2. (b) If an individual is no longer eligible to access CURES or obtain data from CURES under this section as a Law Enforcement Official, the individual must not access CURES or obtain data from CURES.
3. (c) In the event a Law Enforcement Official is no longer employed by a Law Enforcement Agency, or is no longer authorized by the Law Enforcement Agency to access CURES, the Law Enforcement Agency must notify CURES PDMP in writing. Upon receipt of the Law Enforcement Agency's written notification, CURES PDMP must terminate the Law Enforcement Official's access to CURES.
