Cal. Code Regs. tit. 11, § 825.2 – Data Accessible to Interstate-Users in CURES.

(a) Subject to the restrictions of section 825.3, an Interstate-User may obtain a Patient Activity Report.
(b) An Interstate-User may access data in CURES for a Search Period not to exceed 24 months from the date of the search.
