Cal. Code Regs. tit. 11, § 824.5 – Data Accessible to Delegate-Users in CURES.

(a) Subject to the restrictions of section 824.6, a Delegate-User may obtain a Patient Activity Report.
1. (1) A Patient Activity Report generated by a Delegate-User whose Authorizing User is a veterinarian will only display reported dispensations for Animal Patient Entities.
(b) A Delegate-User may access data in CURES for a Search Period not to exceed 24 months from the date of the search.
