1. (a) Subject to the restrictions of section 823.4, a Pharmacist-User may obtain all of the following:

   1. (1) A Patient Activity Report.
   2. (2) A List of Patients, but only if the Pharmacist-User has a DEA Number associated with that Pharmacist-User's CURES account.
   3. (3) A Pharmacist Serialized Prescription Form Report.
   4. (4) A Delegate Audit Report.
2. (b) A Pharmacist-User may access data in CURES for a Search Period not to exceed 24 months from the date of the search.
