- (a) Grantees must submit quarterly progress reports and other information requested by the Department related to the Grant. Quarterly progress reports shall be submitted on January 15th, April 15th, July 15th, and October 15th and shall describe Grant activities undertaken pursuant to the Grant Agreement during the reporting period. The final quarterly report shall describe Grant activities completed up to the end of the term of the Grant award.
- (b) The Department may withhold the final reimbursement claim(s) or 10 percent of the Grant amount, whichever is more, pending approval by the Department of the final quarterly report.
