Cal. Code Regs. tit. 11, § 521 – Project Eligibility.

(a) Enforcing state and local laws related to the illegal sales and marketing of Tobacco Products to Minors.
(b) Conducting investigative activities and compliance checks to reduce the illegal sales of Cigarettes and Tobacco Products to Minors and Youth.
(c) Enforcing state and local laws related to the illegal sales and marketing of Cigarettes to Minors.
(d) Other programs supporting law enforcement peace officers' efforts to prevent or reduce illegal sales or marketing of Cigarettes and Tobacco Products to Minors and Youth, including, but not limited to, community outreach and education activities.

The Project must include one or more of the following law enforcement efforts to be eligible for a Grant:
