1. (a) A responsible officer may resign by signing and delivering to the Attorney General for filing a statement of resignation. The statement must also include a statement that the responsible officer address is also discontinued.
2. (b) After filing the statement the Attorney General shall mail a copy of the filed statement to the organization at its organizational address.
3. (c) The organization shall appoint a new responsible officer and responsible officer address within thirty days of notification.
