1. (a) Each organization shall be responsible for placing the student with a host family which can provide housing which:

   1. (1) Furnishes separate private sleeping quarters for each sex;
   2. (2) A bed of the student's own; and
   3. (3) No more than four persons to a bedroom.
2. (b) The host family's home and household equipment shall be maintained in a clean and sanitary condition, free of hazards, and in good repair. The home shall be accessible to other resources in the event of an emergency (e.g., telephone, emergency services, etc.).
