Escrow Agreement State Non-Responsibility.

- (a) Neither the Attorney General nor the state shall be responsible for the fees claimed by the Certified Vendor of ERDS Software, the County Recorder, or the escrow company to establish the escrow contract.
- (b) Neither the Attorney General nor the state is a party to the escrow agreement and may not incur a liability for the actions of the parties involved in the escrow agreement.
