1. (a) All ERDS shall contain a payload structure. An ERDS payload structure does not restrict the content within a digital and/or digitized record. A County Recorder shall list any restrictions on content in each contract with an Authorized Submitter. At a minimum, the ERDS payload structure shall contain a component for all of the following:

   1. (1) Uniform Index Information.
   2. (2) One or more digital or digitized records.
   3. (3) Information about the electronic signature of a notary.
2. (b) ERDS payloads may be used to deliver a file format acceptable to the County Recorder.
3. (c) Multiple digital or digitized records within the same payload are allowed.
