1. (a) A Vendor seeking approval of software and other services as part of an ERDS shall be charged a fee for initial certification and a renewal certification fee every three years. These fees may be increased at a rate not to exceed the legislatively approved cost-of-living adjustment for the DOJ. The ERDS Program non-refundable fees for certification of a Vendor of ERDS Software are as follows:

   1. (1) Initial certification by the ERDS Program is $500.
   2. (2) Renewal certification by the ERDS Program is $300.
2. (b) All fees shall be processed prior to certification.
3. (c) Fees shall be paid by check or money order made payable to the “Department of Justice -- ERDS Program”.
