1. (a) Each application for a permit shall be accompanied by the appropriate fee as follows:

   1. (1) Initial Application:

      1. (A) Processing fee of $50 for each business location, and
      2. (B) Fingerprint card processing fee of $32 for each individual.
   2. (2) Renewal Application: Processing fee of $50 for each business location.
2. (b) The fees are non-refundable, even if an application is denied or withdrawn.
