1. (a) An applicant may submit a petition for equivalency credit for those courses which have not been accredited pursuant to Article 9 of these regulations.
2. (b) The petition for equivalency credit shall be submitted with all applicable fees pursuant to Section 3582 on Petition for Equivalency Credit, Form REA 3005 (Rev. 04/01/2020), which is herein incorporated by reference.
