(a) Registrants must notify the Department via the Department's internet website within 30 days of any of the following events, specifying the effective date of these events:
- (1) Issuance of new military orders to a duty station outside of California, or separation from service by the servicemember, that will cause expiration of the registration pursuant to Section 115.10 of the Business and Professions Code.
- (2) Renewal of the out-of-state license(s) through which the registrant qualifies for registration, including the new expiration date of that license.
- (3) A change in the marital, domestic partnership, or legal union status of the registrant that will impact their qualification for registration.
- (4) The bringing of a criminal complaint, information, or indictment charging a felony against the registrant.
- (5) The conviction of the registrant, including any verdict of guilty, or plea of guilty or no contest, of any felony or misdemeanor.
- (6) Any disciplinary action taken by another licensing entity or authority of this state or of another state or an agency of the federal government.
