1. (a) A resolution assigning supervisory responsibility over salespersons licensed to a corporate broker is in compliance with Section 10159.2 of the Code if the assignment is made by reference to a specified business address or addresses of the corporate broker rather than by the listing of the names of salespersons subject to the supervision of the broker officer.

2. (b) In filing the resolution with the Bureau, the following information shall be furnished on a form prescribed by the Bureau:

   1. (1) Name, business address and license number of the corporate broker.
   2. (2) Name of the individual broker licensee who was responsible for supervision of the salespersons in question immediately preceding the effective date of the resolution.
