(a) federal and state fair housing laws relating to the sale and leasing of real property.
(b) federal and state laws concerning civil rights and anti-discrimination requirements that are relevant to real property transactions and business opportunities.

The continuing education course on “fair housing” required by Business and Professions Code section 10170.5 shall include subject matters covering the following:
