1. (a) The Commissioner shall publish and make available to interested persons as an official form of the Bureau, an approved format and content for the Trust Fund Status Report described in Section 10232.25 of the Code.
2. (b) The publication of a form pursuant to subdivision (a) is for the purpose of aiding real estate licensees in complying with Section 10232.25 of the code. The form prescribed by the Commissioner shall not constitute the only format or content that will satisfy the requirements of Section 10232.25.
