1. (a) Pay plan rates enhancement(s) to a health, dental or vision benefits plan based on the plan's participation in a rural demonstration project(s). Such rate enhancements shall be for the same period as the annual health, dental and vision benefit plan rates.
2. (b) Provide a grant(s) to a health, dental or vision plan based on the plan's participation in a rural demonstration project(s).
