Cal. Code Regs. tit. 10, § 2699.6113 – Participation Requirements of Individual Members.

(a) Qualified individual members of a qualified guaranteed association shall be eligible to participate in the program.
(b) To be a qualified individual member an individual member shall be:
1. (1) A resident of the State of California and
2. (2) In a category of persons the guaranteed association has designated to be sponsored for coverage.
