Cal. Code Regs. tit. 10, § 2241.3 – Filing and Approval Required.

(a) A copy of the form thereof is filed with the commissioner
(b) Either
1. (1) Thirty days expires without notice from the commissioner after such copy is filed, or
2. (2) The commissioner gives the commissioner's written approval thereof prior to that time.

No U. C. D. policy shall be issued or delivered by any insurer until:
