1. (a) When applying for a limited lines travel insurance agent license, the applicant shall prepare and submit to the Commissioner a copy of the materials that will be used for training the employees of its designated travel retailer(s).
2. (b) If an applicant or licensee uses training materials that have been previously deemed approved by the Department pursuant to Insurance Code Section 1754(a)(6), the applicant or licensee shall submit a copy of said training materials and an authorization letter from the party who created the training materials authorizing the applicant or licensee to use its training materials.
