(a) Brochures and other written materials that are provided by the travel retailer to a customer or a prospective customer pursuant to Section 1754 (a)(1), (7), and (8) of the Insurance Code shall include:
- (1) the approved true or fictitious name under which the licensed agent is doing business;
- (2) the name of any insurer(s) providing the travel insurance coverage being offered or sold to the prospective insurance customer.
- (3) All disclosures required by Section 1754(a) of the Insurance Code and paragraphs (a)(1) and (a)(2) of this Section shall be written clearly and conspicuously.
- (b) The material terms or a description of the material terms of the travel insurance agreement shall be provided to the customer before the customer enters into the travel insurance agreement.
