1. (a) Copy of letter from the Federal Savings and Loan Insurance Corporation with respect to:

   1. (1) Authorization to surviving association to increase insurable account in bulk, if applicable; and
   2. (2) Effect, if any, of merger on the surviving association's insurance of accounts or continuation of insured status of accounts.
2. (b) Evidence of compliance with conditions of the Federal Home Loan Bank Board approval.
