1. (a) An industrial loan company shall not use a loan form unless and until it has determined that such form is in compliance with applicable state and federal law.
2. (b) All printed matter contained in loan forms used by an industrial loan company shall be in not less than 8-point type, except that printed captions in “boxes” may be 6-point type.
3. (c) An industrial loan company is prohibited from using a loan form after written notice of objection by the Commissioner to such form has been delivered to such industrial loan company or its representative.
4. (d) This section does not apply to loans exempted from specified sections of the Industrial Loan Law by Section 18191 of the Financial Code.
