Except as otherwise provided in Sections 10.19133, 10.19141, and 10.19142 of this Chapter, before a subject institution invests in a regulated corporation under Financial Code Section 1472, the regulated corporation shall file with the Commissioner an Appointment of Commissioner of Financial Institutions as Agent for Service of Process in the form of Department Form 706, completed and signed in accordance with the instructions for the Form.
