1. (a) In case a person qualifies as a foreign (other nation) person under Subdivisions (a) to (g), inclusive, of Section 10.15226 of this Chapter, any branch or division of such person, including a branch or division located in the United States, is also a foreign (other nation) person.
2. (b) In case a person does not qualify as a foreign (other nation) person under Subdivisions (a) to (g), inclusive, of Section 10.15226 of this Chapter, a subject institution may not accept at a subject office deposits from the head office of such person or from any branch or division of the person other than a branch or division which qualifies as a foreign (other nation) person under Subdivision (h) of Section 10.15226 of this Chapter.
