1. (a) “Foreign (other nation) depositor” means a foreign nation which, an agency or instrumentality of a foreign nation which, or a foreign (other nation) person who, makes or maintains a deposit in a subject office of a subject institution.
2. (b) “Foreign (other nation) depositor's statement” means the statement called for in Subpart 3 (commencing with Section 10.15250) of this Part.
3. (c) “Foreign (other nation) person” means a person who resides, is domiciled, and maintains his or her principal place of business in a foreign nation.
4. (d) “Person” has the meaning set forth in Financial Code Section 1755(a)(2).
