Cal. Code Regs. tit. 10, § 10.14775 – Definitions of “Subject Institution” and “Subject Office” and Scope.

(a) In this Subpart:
1. (1) “Subject institution” means a foreign (other nation) bank which maintains one or more California state depositary agencies, limited branch offices, or wholesale branch offices.
2. (2) “Subject office” means any California state depositary agency, limited branch office, or wholesale branch office of a subject institution.
(b) This Subpart contains regulations relating to the notice which a subject institution is required to give under Financial Code Section 1808.
