1. (a) In this Subpart:

   1. (1) “Subject institution” means a foreign (other nation) bank which maintains one or more California state agencies or branch offices.
   2. (2) “Subject office” means any California state agency or branch office of a subject institution.
2. (b) This Subpart contains regulations relating to the books, accounts, and other records of subject offices of subject institutions.
