1. (2) Each application for approval to relocate a place of business which is deemed to be included in the application for authority to establish such place of business pursuant to Section 10.9102 of this Chapter is subject to this Subpart as well as Subpart 4 (commencing with Section 10.9675) and Subpart 5 (commencing with Section 10.9700) of this Part.
2. (b) Except as otherwise provided in Section 10.6055 of this Article or by order of the Commissioner, this Part does not apply in a case where the relocation of a place of business by a subject institution is exempt from the approval requirement of Financial Code Section 546 pursuant to Financial Code Section 490.

(a)(1) Subpart 2 (commencing with Section 10.9625) of this Part does not apply to any application for approval to relocate a place of business which is deemed to be included in the application for authority to establish such place of business pursuant to Section 10.9102 of this Chapter.
