1. (2) Each application for approval to relocate a branch office which is deemed to be included in the application for authority to establish such branch office pursuant to Section 10.6702 of this Chapter is subject to this Subpart as well as Subpart 9 (commencing with Section 10.7500) and Subpart 10 (commencing with Section 10.7525) of this Part.

(a)(1) Subpart 2 (commencing with Section 10.7325) of this Part does not apply to any application for approval to relocate a branch office which is deemed to be included in the application for authority to establish such branch office pursuant to Section 10.6702 of this Chapter.
