1. (a) After complying with the provisions of Section 10.4453 of this Chapter, an applicant shall file with the Commissioner an application for approval of the articles of the subject institution.
2. (b) Promptly after the articles of a subject institution are filed with the Secretary of State, the subject institution shall file with the Commissioner a copy of its articles certified by the Secretary of State.
