1. (a) For purposes of Government Code section 57604, “jurisdiction of the local agency or agencies” means the total geographic area covered or serviced by a local agency or local agencies.
2. (b) For purposes of Government Code section 57604, “jurisdiction of the public bank” means the jurisdiction of the local agency or agencies.
