1. (a) Not later than 30 days after service of the complaint a Respondent, in lieu of filing an answer, may file an objection to the complaint.

2. (b) The following objections may be raised:

   1. (1) The lack of jurisdiction.
   2. (2) Untimeliness in filing the complaint in Arbitration.
   3. (3) Failure to state a claim upon which any relief can be granted.
   4. (4) Ambiguity, uncertainty or unintelligibility of the complaint or parts thereof.
   5. (5) Failure to comply with the statutes or regulations governing these Arbitrations.
