For the purposes of this chapter, unless the context otherwise requires:

1. 1. "Board" means the board of directors of a multijurisdictional water facilities district formed pursuant to this chapter.
2. 2. "District" means a multijurisdictional water facilities district formed pursuant to this chapter.
3. 3. "Jurisdiction" means a city, town or county.
4. 4. "Municipal water provider" means a city, town, domestic water improvement district, private water company or irrigation district that supplies water for nonirrigation use.
5. 5. "Private water company" means a public service corporation as defined in article XV, Constitution of Arizona, that provides water or wastewater services or both.

6. 6. "Water related facility" means a facility for any of the following purposes:

   1. (a) Drinking water conveyance, treatment or storage.
   2. (b) Wastewater conveyance, treatment or storage.
   3. (c) Reclamation and reuse of water.
   4. (d) Recharge, storage or recovery of water.
