In this article, unless the context otherwise requires:

1. 1. "Beverage" means beer or other malt beverages, mineral water, soda water and similar carbonated soft drinks, fruit juices and vegetable juices in liquid form which are intended for human consumption.
2. 2. "Consumer" means a person who purchases a beverage in this state in a container for use or consumption.
3. 3. "Container" means the individual, separate can sealed or under pressure of carbonation which is composed of metal and contains a beverage.
