The director, by rule, shall establish and collect nonrefundable fees that do not exceed:
- 1. Twenty-five dollars for an initial application.
- 2. Fifty dollars for an initial license.
- 3. Two hundred fifty dollars for testing.
- 4. Fifty dollars for license renewal.
- 5. Ten dollars for a duplicate license.
