A. The director shall submit a monthly report to the president of the senate and the speaker of the house of representatives of the following:

1. 1. The actual year to date expenditures and projected annual expenditures.
2. 2. The actual member months by rate code.
3. 3. The actual caseload, showing separately the caseload for title XIX and qualified medicare beneficiary populations.
4. 4. The number of vacant positions, by division.
5. 5. Monies recovered monthly from third party payors.
6. 6. Monies received under agreements pursuant to section 36-2925 and the actual year to date expenditures.
