1. 1. "Administration" means the Arizona health care cost containment system administration.
2. 2. "Assisted living center" has the same meaning prescribed in section 36-401.
3. 3. "Assisted living facility" has the same meaning prescribed in section 36-401.
4. 4. "Department" means the department of health services.
5. 5. "Director" means the director of the department.
6. 6. "Health care institution" has the same meaning prescribed in section 36-401.
7. 7. "Nursing care institution" has the same meaning prescribed in section 36-401.
