A receiver may file or, if ordered by the court, shall file an interim report that includes:

1. 1. The activities of the receiver since appointment or a previous report.
2. 2. Receipts and disbursements, including a payment made or proposed to be made to a professional engaged by the receiver.
3. 3. Receipts and dispositions of receivership property.
4. 4. Fees and expenses of the receiver and, if not filed separately, a request for approval of payment of the fees and expenses.
5. 5. Any other information required by the court.
