In this article, unless the context otherwise requires:

1. 1. "Beef" includes veal.
2. 2. "Beef products" includes veal products.
3. 3. "Council" means the Arizona beef council.
4. 4. "Fiscal year" means the fiscal year beginning July 1 and ending June 30.
5. 5. "Person" means an individual, corporation, partnership, trust, association, cooperative association and any other business unit or organization.
6. 6. "Producer" means a person who owns or acquires ownership of cattle.
