A. The clerk shall issue a summons containing:

1. 1. The names of the parties.
2. 2. A general description of the whole property.
3. 3. A statement of the public use for which it is sought.
4. 4. A reference to the complaint for descriptions of the respective parcels.
5. 5. Notice to defendants to appear and show cause why the property described should not be condemned as prayed for in the complaint.
