Petitioner’s Rights

Effective Apr 3, 200410 A.A.R. 828Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System - Grievance System

1. A State Fair Hearing; and
2. Copies, at the petitioner’s expense, of any relevant document not protected from disclosure by law.

AHCCCS shall allow a petitioner the right to:
