Ariz. Admin. Code § R9-16-209
A. In addition to complying with the requirements in A.R.S. § 36-1905, a clinical fellowship supervisor shall complete a minimum of 36 supervisory activities, including evaluating and assessing a clinical fellow’s performance of diagnostic and therapeutic procedures in assessing, diagnosing, evaluating, screening, treating, and counseling individuals exhibiting speech, language, cognitive, hearing, or communication disorders, throughout an individual’s clinical fellowship that include:
